I just remembered...before Christmas I bought one of those cheapshit pedometers from Walmart because I was curious as to how far I actually walk during the day at work. Yesterday it read 6012 steps when I got home. That works out to be about 2.3 miles according to the meter. I figure my strides are probably a little longer than average so that might be slightly more in milage. Either way that surprised me because I probably spent 1/2 of the day in my office at my desk.
