Asparagus

I've experienced this phenomenon for a few years now without knowing its cause. Basically sometime after dinner I would go take a whiz and get a faint whiff of a combination of broccoli, skunk and road-kill. This would happen every time I'd go to the bathroom that night. Weird, I know. When I was living on Emmons Drive (the first time I noticed this) I actually took the toilet tank cover off to look, and looked in the shower and sink drains to see if anything was backing up.

Yesterday it happened again and I finally figured out what the causes is: asparagus! Rachelle found an interesting article on webmd on this very subject.

That's fantastic in a "glad I wasn't there" kind of way.
I have a pee story too (although not quite as cool as yours). When I eat Total my pee turns super bright yellow. Like, neon. I'm guessing that's because of all the nutrients, because it happens to a lesser degree when I take my vitamin too.

haha its funny just the other day cliff was saying one of his favorite vegtables was asparagus b/c it makes your pee smell...He also likes corn because they next day you can say goodmorning kernal...

i could have told you it was from asparagus! that's the only downside of eating it but apparently it doesn't affect everyone.

I had a friend in high school who told me that he was taking some medication that turned his whiz the color and consistency of orange juice (pulp free though).

Robert calls it "aspara-piss". A phenomenon he has known about. I don't even like the taste of asparagus, so I don't eat it, but he will.
