DOOM!

I saw Doom this past weekend. I thought it was pretty interesting. It didn't exactly follow the game's storyline, which is cool because they gave you something new for the movie. I'm glad I saw a matinee, it wouldn't have been worth $9.

At work we are using this software from Smart Technologies called Syncroneyes for monitoring/controlling computers in labs and the library. It is a cool concept, like a multiuser vnc and giving you the ability to lock-out the machine and all that other stuff. But in the library it isn't playing nice with other software. The only reason we really need it in the lab and library is because the designer of the new building didn't feel it necessary to including the ability to lock either area. So once that is fixed maybe I'll just ditch the software.

I feel like shit today; my head is killing me. My boss is out sick (or so I've heard) so I was thinking about walking home and taking a nap or something.
